Per our recently updated amendments:
To ensure  the proper enjoyment of the Association Property by all owners,  residents, guests, and invitees, no Unit Owner shall smoke, or permit smoking by any occupant, tenant, guest, or invitee anywhere on the Common Elements, including, but not limited to, any Limited Common Element patios or balconies. Notwithstanding the  foregoing, the Board of Directors may, from time to time, designate portions of the Common Elements in which smoking will be  permitted. Smoking is permitted only inside a Unit or fully enclosed patio or balcony, with all windows and sliding glass doors closed.  Smoking in violation of this provision shall be deemed to be a nuisance.
